PROCESSING PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

Sending the Newsletter by e-mail, that is periodic messages with informative and commercial content on our products or services, relating to offers and promotions, reviews, surveys, important news and events. With reference to the purpose, the processing legal basis is the free, specific and informed consent of the interested party pursuant to article 6, subsection 1, point a of the GDPR.

PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION METHODS

The evaluation of the mandatory data was made taking into account the principles of necessity and proportionality in the data processing prescribed by current legislation; the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide them or to give the relative consent makes it impossible to complete the subscription to the newsletter. The processing will be carried out on paper and computerized archives by personnel authorized and trained by the Controller and by third parties designated as our data processors, such as for example the manager of the mailing platform for the service provision or other third parties who provide support services, including software and web service providers, or any further parties required by law. The processed data will not be disclosed in any way.

DATA STORAGE

The data collected for the purposes described will be kept until the consent is revoked or the request for cancellation of the registration is made by the interested party; in such cases they will no longer be used and will be deleted, if not stored for other purposes or different processing requiring a prolonged storage over time.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party has the right to contact the Data Controller at any time, using the above-mentioned contact details, to exercise the rights provided for in articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR: to have information on the origin and nature of his personal data, to ask they can be communicated in an intelligible form and to ask for the cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, integration of his personal data. He has the right to revoke the consent to the optional processing at any time, but the revocation does not affect the processing already carried out.
